Construction of This Top Hat
The crown is short and cylindrical, sitting above a flat brim in black felt. Gold gear and cogwheel motifs are embroidered across the front of the crown, leading up to a gold butterfly wing appliqué on one side. A black beaded chain traces the join between crown and brim, and black openwork trim runs beneath it. A red fabric rose sits at the base of the appliqué, with twisted black lace streamer tails trailing from the rear of the crown.

Returns & Refunds
