At Steampunk Fashion UK, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order doesn't work out, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.
Return Window
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Request a return: Contact us at contact@steampunkfashion.co.uk within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving approval — items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping: Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is fully covered by us.
- All other returns: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked final sale
- Used or worn items
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund once approved, then place a new order separately.
Refunds
- You'll be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
