Gold-tone gears and cogs cluster across the crown of this mini top hat, catching the light against the black felt beneath. A wide bow gathers at one side, pinned with a beaded gold accent and trailing a thread of sheer black lace.
Mini Top Hat Construction
The domed crown sits on a curved brim, both built from smooth felt. Gears of varying sizes are fixed across the surface in an irregular scatter, moving from crown to side seam. The bow at the side is finished with a small gold bead and a length of lace that falls loose past the brim edge.
