Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the same day.

Standard UK delivery takes 6 to 10 business days.

Shipping is £3.80 on orders under £100 and free on orders over £100.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first and, once approved, we will email you our UK return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return cost.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
