While our items ship directly from our global manufacturing facilities in China and the USA, all returns are conveniently processed at our local UK warehouse.

Delivery Schedule

Estimated delivery timelines for UK orders are as follows:

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
