Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Return eligibility depends on the reason for return:

  • Change of Mind Returns:
    Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Defective, Faulty, or Damaged Items:
    Items that arrive damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return even if the product has been opened or inspected by the customer.
  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, the product is eligible for return regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.

Return Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free of charge.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

How to Return

  • Contact Us: Email contact@steampunkfashion.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Repack: Securely package the item with all included accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Ship: Follow the return instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use our recommended carrier or your own.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected solely to verify the return reason (e.g. defect, damage, incorrect item, or unused condition). Inspection is not used to deny legitimate defect or damage claims.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and verified, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, color, or product, please contact contact@steampunkfashion.co.uk, and our team will assist you with an exchange where available.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
